Products are available while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after an order, the customer will be informed and refunded within 14 business days.

Prices are subject to change without notice but are guaranteed at the time of order confirmation.

7. Order Confirmation

8. Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Order processing time is 24 to 72 business hours.

Deliveries are made only on business days. Delays may occur during holiday periods or force majeure events. We work with multiple third-party carriers and are not responsible for delays once the parcel is in transit.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU, EU-based consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All requests must be made by email to help@nuovomilano.com with your full name, order number, and clear photographic evidence where applicable.
Returns due to customer dissatisfaction or voluntary exchanges (size/color) are accepted under conditions stated in our policies. The product must be returned at the customer’s expense, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Nuovo Milano.
Defective or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with consumer protection laws.
11. Risk and Title
Products remain our property until full payment is received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. If the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
We shall not be liable for parcels undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. No refund or reshipment will be made if the order has already been shipped.
