1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds exclusively under the following conditions:

You return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

The product is in brand new condition:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

In its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

Once the return is validated and the product is inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

2. Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is defective or not in line with your order (wrong size, model, or color), please notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or express replacement:

3. Non-Refundable Items

Clearance or final sale products (unless defective).
