At Nuovo Milano, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds exclusively under the following conditions:

  • You return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

  • The product is in brand new condition:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • In its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

Once the return is validated and the product is inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Return costs remain at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. See our [Return Policy] for more information.


2. Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is defective or not in line with your order (wrong size, model, or color), please notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or express replacement:

  • Contact us at help.nuovomilano@gmail.com

  • Include:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Clear photos of the item showing the issue (mandatory)

    • Indicate whether you would prefer:

      • A full refund, or

      • A free express replacement of the item

Requests sent without photos cannot be processed.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Clearance or final sale products (unless defective).

  • Personalized, worn, or used items.
